Cost of Hypnotherapy

Be the best version of youHypnotherapy is a wonderful way of getting so much out of your life that the initial costs of the therapy sessions are repaid many, many times over. For many people it is one of the best investments they have ever made.

Whatever you come to me for, we have  the initial consultation and FREE relaxation CD. The session is typically an hour or so and involves understanding how the therapy works, some wonderful neuroscience explanation of why we behave the way we sometime do and what we are going to do about it! The knowledge you gain from this consultation is sometimes enough for incredible change!

I always get asked how many sessions is required and whilst everyone is different, I have shown below, based on an average of my own experience and that of my colleagues, the typical number of sessions for each areas is below:

Depression, Anger, Stress & Anxiety – 8 -12 Sessions

Weight Loss – 8 – 20 Sessions

Specific Fears & Phobias – 3 Sessions

Motivation – 4 -12 Sessions (although many people will use the sessions for far longer to achieve even greater goals)

Business Development & Sports Performance – See motivation
